Our mission is to provide young players with the opportunity to learn and enjoy the game of soccer while developing essential values and life skills. Oakville Jaguars Soccer Academy is committed to helping raise good people—individuals with strong morals, character, and a sense of responsibility to their community.
Through a holistic approach to player development, our programs nurture confidence, leadership, empathy, and respect. We strive to teach young athletes not only how to play the game, but how to care for others, work collaboratively, and grow into positive contributors to society while keeping the passion and love for the game.

Respect: We treat each person with respect and dignity on and off the pitch.

People: As mentors, we want to help raising excellent human beings under values such as respect, honesty, loyalty, responsibility, kindness, hard work and integrity. We treat our staff as family; we provide them with opportunities to growth professionally and personally.

Community: We offer a family oriented and safe environment for all our members. Competitive players and their families create a special bond and become long time friends. We highly value moral and ethics and focus on working in an ethical and respectful manner.

Loyalty: We believe in hard work, trust, and supporting the processes. We expect the same commitment from coaches and families and players.

Quality: Each training session is designed carefully by the head coach to provide the best quality possible for each of the different programs. Coaches are expected to follow high quality standards while delivering these sessions, technically and tactically.

Team work: Learn to work as a team is a crucial skill for life and participating from a team sport has a positive impact to develop social abilities. Team work helps the players to build friendships and to grow their leadership skills. We create a positive environment to maintain team unity during success and adversity.

Passion: The Academy owners and members are extremely passionate about the sport and wants to transmit this love to the coaches and to the new generation of players. Soccer is passion, discipline and dedication.
